모놀리식 CMOS 통합 회로는 입력 사인 및 코사인 신호와 아날로그 레퍼런스 신호를 조정 가능한 세분 인자가 있는 디지털 신호로 변환합니다(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10). 레퍼런스 신호 펄스 폭은 90° - 180° 사이에서 전기적으로 선택 가능합니다.
