プレーナ技術を応用した 6 素子のフォトダイオードから構成する、フォトセンサーです。フォトダイオードは、反射防止層として機能する窒化珪素によりパッシブ化後、PCB に接着固定して、透明なエポキシ接着剤で保護しています。太陽電池や光伝導で使用できます。
