In addition to your right to cancel, you can return the standard products (interfaces, accessories, magnets and rings) bought on this website within 30 days from when you received the package if the products have not been used. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
The configured products (encoders, scales) are customized just for you. That means we cannot accept returns, except for manufacturing defects.

The products returned as a result of a defect caused on the side of RLS will be replaced or refunded in full. Please ensure you return these to us as soon as possible.
Please follow the instructions below for returns:
- Contact our Sales Support team (sales@rls.si) and fill out the GRA - Goods Return Authorisation form.

- Package the products with a copy of the invoice and GRA form and send them to the address below:
