RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o. has been recognised by the Organisational Energy Project with the Best Organisational Energy 2025 and has been granted the Certificate of Good Organisational Energy 2025/26, acknowledging the company’s high level of organisational energy and strong performance as an employer.

The Organisational Energy Project is a structured initiative that measures organisational energy using an employee survey methodology designed to determine the degree of productive organisational energy across participating organisations. Organisations that achieve or exceed a defined energy index (a single organisational energy index of 2.50) receive the Certificate of Good Organisational Energy, valid for one year.

From the organisations awarded a certificate, an expert committee selects the one with the highest organisational energy index; this organisation is recognised with the Best Organisational Energy Award at the project’s annual final event.
