On International Human Rights Day, the Slovenian Diversity Charter organised its eighth celebratory panel discussion entitled "Seeing the invisible: the art of responsible and inclusive leadership". Among the participants were representatives from RLS, proud signatories of the Diversity Charter and advocates of the values espoused by the Institute.

The event featured exceptional guests who shared their inspiring stories and insights, focusing on overcoming bias and creating an organisational culture based on equal opportunities, mutual respect and the acceptance and inclusion of diverse individuals. The speakers emphasised the importance of recognising the potential and unique value of each individual before perceiving their differences or diversity.

At RLS, we enjoy working with colleagues who bring different talents, skills, perspectives and ways of thinking. Each of us is unique and vulnerable in our feelings, and we all have the right to be respected and included. By embracing diversity, each of us contributes to an inclusive atmosphere in what we call our "second home". This fosters creativity and innovation in our work and ultimately ensures the success of our organisation.

This commitment to diversity and inclusion is not just a value we uphold — it is the foundation of our ability to innovate and grow. It reminds us that by valuing and empowering individuals, we can create a better, more inclusive and successful future for everyone involved.
