** Actual delivery times depend on the courier and for countries outside EU on customs procedures.The delivery times displayed as number of working days on the configurator and in your order confirmation email are provisional and reflect when your products should be dispatched from RLS d.o.o. They do not include any potential National holidays. The exact shipping date will be sent to you with the shipping confirmation email. If you have selected multiple products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time should be considered. Orders are processed once bank verifications have been obtained. You can always check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders.
*** DHL Express inside EU allows delivery by end of next possible day. In Switzerland, Norway and UK the delivery time depends on customs procedures.
NOTE: www.rls.si and RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o. will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

For shipments inside of EU: CPT – Carriage Paid To
RLS as a seller takes full responsibility for organizing and paying for the transportation of the goods to the courier of our choice. As part of this arrangement, we also bear the risk of any potential damage or loss of goods during transit up to the point of delivery to your specified address. The freight charges, however, are charged to the customer when the invoice is issued.
For shipments outside of EU: DAP – Delivery At Place
RLS takes full responsibility for organizing and paying for the transportation of the goods to the courier of our choice. As part of this arrangement, we also bear the risk of any potential damage or loss of goods during transit up to the point of delivery to your specified address. The freight charges, however, are charged to the customer when the invoice is issued. The customer is responsible for the customs clearance for import into their country, as well as any applicable import duties and taxes.
If the customer would like to organize the transport of their choice: EXW – Ex Works
RLS prepares the shipment and notifies the customer. The customer takes full responsibility for organizing and paying for the transportation of the goods to the courier of their choice.
